Welcome to Fraymo.in, owned and operated by Fraymo Technologies(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our e-commerce platform, product purchases, shipping services, and automated invoicing tools. By placing an order on our site, you confirm your acceptance of these operational guidelines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products on Fraymo.in (operated by Fraymo Technologies), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our storefront.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian capable of forming legally binding contracts.
2. Product Orders & Pricing
Product Specifications & Availability
We strive to display accurate descriptions, specs, and images for all portable Bluetooth thermal printers, accessories, and supplies. However, minor visual or packaging variations may occur. All orders are subject to stock availability.
Pricing & Tax Invoicing (GST)
All prices listed on Fraymo.in are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. B2B buyers providing a valid GSTIN will receive an automated, tax-compliant PDF GST invoice for input tax credit claims.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Fraymo Technologies reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or stock unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment processing, a full refund will be initiated promptly.
3. Payments & Shipping Policy
Payment Processing
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net-banking, and instant UPI through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Orders are processed only upon successful payment authorization.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post). Standard delivery timelines range between 2 to 7 business days depending on delivery location across India. Real-time AWB tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to the buyer upon package delivery by the courier partner to the specified delivery address.
4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Defective & Damaged Deliveries
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by unboxing photos or video evidence.
Eligibility for Replacement
Products eligible for return or replacement must be unused, in their original packaging, containing all cables, manuals, and accessories initially provided.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back directly to the original payment method used during checkout.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content
All storefront content—including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software code, UI design, and underlying architecture—is the exclusive property of Fraymo Technologies and protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
Restrictions on Use
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of Fraymo.in without prior written consent from Fraymo Technologies.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Warranty Disclaimer
Hardware products carry manufacturer warranties as explicitly indicated on product detail pages. Fraymo Technologies disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond express manufacturer guarantees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraymo Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site usage, order delays, or product operation.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to site transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
